Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Locations
Currently, we deliver to selected locations including Pune and Maharashtra. We plan to expand our delivery services pan-India in the near future.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary based on the delivery location or pincode. Charges are calculated according to your address and may differ across regions.
3. Order Processing Time
All products are factory-made to ensure quality. Therefore, manufacturing and order delivery may take 15 to 20 days. In case of any unforeseen delays, we will promptly inform you in advance.
4. Order Confirmation and Processing
Once your payment is successfully received, we will begin processing your order within 48 hours. You will receive confirmation and updates accordingly.
5. Delivery Partners
We use both third-party logistics and our own delivery team. For deliveries within Pune and Maharashtra, our experienced in-house team often handles the delivery.
6. Delivery Timeframe and Scheduling
Delivery typically occurs within 15 to 20 days of order processing. Customers can request a preferred delivery date by contacting us.
7. Order Tracking
Currently, we do not offer online order tracking. However, we provide timely updates about your order status via WhatsApp messages.
8. Inspection on Delivery
Customers are required to thoroughly inspect the product at the time of delivery to ensure it meets quality standards and confirm there are no defects.
9. Missed Deliveries
You will receive a call, message, and email regarding the final delivery date. Our delivery team will also contact you on the day of delivery. It is your responsibility to be available to receive the product. If delivery is missed, re-delivery will incur additional shipping charges.
10. Special Delivery Conditions
Our delivery team is trained to handle deliveries in challenging locations. If the sofa cannot fit through lifts or door frames, the team will make necessary adjustments to the structure and reassemble it on-site.
If the sofa must be carried via stairs or additional labor is required, labor charges will be applicable and should be covered by the customer.
