Return and Refund Policy

Replacement Only Policy

Customers must inspect their product at the time of delivery.
If any defect or damage is found, return it immediately to our delivery team for a free replacement.
Once accepted, the product is considered final and not eligible for return or refund.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 48 hours, orders cannot be cancelled and payments are non-refundable.

Special Cases

For defects that could not be detected at delivery, customers may report with photos within 24 hours for a goodwill replacement or repair (subject to review).

For Minor Issues

In case of superficial issues, we may offer repair or compensation as appropriate.

Warrenty and Service

Warranty Policy

  • Goodwill Furniture offers a 5-year warranty on the structure and frame of your sofa, starting from the date the product is delivered and successfully received by the customer.

  • To claim warranty service, customers must contact us at support@goodwillfurniture.in with proof of purchase and details of the issue.

  • The warranty covers repairs for structural defects or damage at no cost to the customer.

  • Foam warranty is also included for 5 years. If the foam sags or deteriorates during this period, we will repair or replace the foam as needed to restore your sofa’s comfort.

  • This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and normal use; it does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Additional Warranty Clause:
    If the customer makes any modifications, alterations, or external repairs to the sofa outside of Goodwill Furniture’s authorized service, the warranty will become null and void only for the modified or repaired parts. Any future repairs or services requested for such items will be charged in full, regardless of the original warranty period.
